Meet My Team

Every Sunday I take the field with 6 other NFL officials bryan neale meet the team pagewho have a shared common purpose: WORK AS HARD AS YOU CAN TO WORK THE PERFECT GAME. Each of us on the crew has specific roles. We know everyone is the best in the world at what they do. We all have defined roles. Everyone executed their role as well as they possibly can. We help each other when we need to and we accept help from each other when offered. It’s a truly magical experience.

The Blind Zebra team carries that same common purpose and acts just like we do in the NFL:

  • We all have our defined roles.
  • We are all the BEST IN THE BUSINESS at what we do.
  • We help each other.
  • We accept help.

Meet us below. Connect to us on LinkedIn.  Ask for help, connections or advice. We love to serve and we love to hustle. This is us.

Jenni Robbins

Chief Operating Officer and Director of Details

I’m a sucker for a good story.  I genuinely wake up every day eager to find ways to help people use their voice.

Through more than a decade of building seminars, training programs, operational best practices and exceptional customer experiences for people around the world, I learned how to put structure to chaos.

I’ve worked with New York Times bestselling authors, multi-millionaire business owners and celebrity speakers. I’ve also worked with people who are just starting out on a path to become one (or all) of those in their own career. I play the role of implementer, project manager, chief of staff, booking agent and idea strategist so experts can focus on sharing their story and accelerating their mission.

I’m a junkie for details, love talking about operational efficiency and am fiercely committed to creating positive client experiences for everyone who interacts with our business.  I believe in what we do, and more importantly, how we do it.

When I’m not checking things off my to-do list or having coffee with one of our clients, I’m probably in the kitchen.  I’m a passionate foodie, lover of good wine and grateful for time spent with friends in the kitchen.  I cook for fun, to relieve stress and to show others I care about them.  And if I’m not creating delicious meals myself, I’m probably off on a food adventure with my husband, John, at one of our favorite places:  Walt Disney World and Napa Valley (a theme park for adults, in my opinion).

Mike Tinder

Talent Scout & Director of Connections

I joined the Blind Zebra team in 2017 because I love connecting good people to one another.

I love talking with people about coaching, sales performance and training.  I’m passionate about helping people succeed, and have been coaching professionals since 2009.

I’m a graduate of the Accomplishment Coaching Coach Training Program and also spent 2 additional years with Accomplishment Coaching where I trained new coaches as well.  I have been in private practice coaching individuals and small groups in life transitions, relationships and business leadership.  From my eight years of coaching, I discovered that when I help my clients get good at learning to sell and deliver value to customers, their lives, relationships and well being improved.

I was born and raised in Indianapolis and attended Roncalli High School and Ball State University.  As a Cardinal,  I walked on the football team and earned a football scholarship for the Cardinals graduating in ’99.  For 10 years, I held various sales positions, including six years with a dental supply company while living in Texas.

I’m also full of little known facts.  I competed nationally in West Coast Swing dancing for four years and I also took lots of hip hop and jazz classes.  That was way outside my comfort zone and way harder than you think!  I am a living organ donor.  In 2011, I donated a kidney to my mom.  I enjoy lifting heavy things.  In 2017, I trained for and competed in my first power lifting meet.  I am married to my wife Jennifer, we have a daughter Zoey, and a black lab Willow.
