OPTION 1: IMMERSION

In this mode, Bryan goes ALL IN with a company and serve all aspects in the sales function. Sales process, training, coaching, territory design and compensation planning (and occasionally personal therapy). Bryan works as a senior advisor the CEO/President. He limits the number of IMMERSION clients he takes on and is selective about these relationships. Bryan’s average tenure at an IMMERSION client is 5.5 years.

Fee:

OPTION 2: IMMERSION “LITE”

Not sure you need the full Immersion experience but still want Bryan’s help training your sales team? With an “Immersion Lite” engagement, Bryan will advise on all of the components in the full Immersion program. He will work with you to create all of the same items contained in an Immersion agreement and you and your team will be in charge of driving the execution. Don’t worry– you’ll still have access to Bryan via email and phone for deal coaching as needed.

OPTION 3: PEER GROUP

Join Bryan and a group of like-minded high performing sales people for monthly meetings. The group focuses on sales strategies, deal coaching and objection handling of real and relevant deals. Participation in the group includes a 30-minute phone call with Bryan and one half-day group session each month. Fees are per seat/per month and membership is contingent on approval from both Bryan and the group.
